Purchasing Tickets

Tickets purchased are for personal use only. Reselling or transferring tickets in breach of these terms is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund or liability.

Orders exceeding the maximum ticket limit per person, payment card, or household may be cancelled, with a refund of the ticket price and any associated fees.

To prevent fraud, Aerial Artworks may carry out additional verification checks after booking. Orders suspected to be fraudulent may be cancelled.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Aerial Artworks. In the event of pricing errors, these will be corrected and affected orders may be cancelled or confirmed at the correct price.

By attending an Aerial Artworks drone show, you acknowledge and consent to potential filming, photography, and recording of the event, which may include aerial footage captured by drones. If you have concerns, please contact event management prior to the event.

Delivery and Collection

Tickets will be delivered electronically (e-tickets).

Customers are responsible for checking tickets upon receipt and reporting any errors promptly. Corrections are made at the discretion of Aerial Artworks

Cancellation Rights and Refunds

Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Cancellation, Change, or Postponement of Event

All decisions regarding the scheduling, modification, postponement, or cancellation of a drone show are at the sole discretion of Aerial Artworks.

Drone shows are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety considerations. As such, events may be delayed, modified, or cancelled at short notice.

Customers are advised to check event status before travelling. Notifications of any changes will be communicated via email, SMS, or other contact details provided at booking.

In the event of cancellation, alternative events will be offered.

Refunds

Attending an Event

Admission is subject to the rules of Aerial Artworks, the event promoter, and the venue or landowner.

Failure to comply with event rules, safety instructions, or staff guidance may result in refusal of admission or removal from the event without refund.

Due to the nature of drone shows:

Attendees must follow all designated viewing area guidelines
Entering restricted or safety zones is strictly prohibited
Use of personal drones or unmanned aerial vehicles is not permitted

Aerial Artworks reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals displaying anti-social behaviour or carrying prohibited items.

Customers should review all event-specific terms and conditions in advance.

Any special requirements or accessibility needs should be communicated at the time of booking.

Proof of age must be carried where required.

Privacy

Personal information may be shared with event partners, promoters, landowners, and service providers involved in delivering the drone show.

With consent, personal data may be used for marketing purposes by Aerial Artworks or selected partners.

All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Information submitted via third-party booking platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Where required by law, contact details may be shared with public authorities.

Personal information will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.

General

Aerial Artworks is not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties, including promoters, venue operators, or external service providers.

Attendance at events is at the customer’s own risk, subject to applicable law.

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
